Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Engineers conduct our production line, to ensure quality of products from beginning to end. The QC staff receives regular training according to the ISO 9001 management control system and uses HP inspecting equipment to check the product. We inspect every product on appearance, performance and label to ensure 100% eligibility.
Quality Control Procedures
The incoming materials must be tested before putting it into production, and strict quality control is conducted at each stage of production. We apply random checks and testing is carried out again before and after products are packed. Strict quality control has earned Leader Industry good reputation from clients worldwide. CE-approved designs are applicable to many of our products.

QC is conducted at each stage of production. Our QC team have to participate a minimum of one-month training and hold a daily meeting to maintain quality standards. Case Studies-The 2014 top display in USA (Pizza Chef Display )
Objective: A big wine company needed a unique item to be a display in supermarket that would appeal to all ages.
Challenge: To design a custom pizza chef display
Solution: The creative team at Leader developed a custom pizza chef with a metal barrel. Leader's team start to develop initial hand samples for approval, prior to tooling for the custom piece. The hand sample was completed in one week and was pre-approved immediately. Once the tooling was complete, initial hand painted samples were provided for the client to approve. Once our client signed-off and issue the PO, Leader start the mass production and delivery within 35 days.
Success: The pizza chef display proved to be so successful and fun that it was repeated orders 5 times. It was awarded the 2014 top display in USA.
